Who We Are

Dream City PAC is a local political action committee dedicated to building people-powered, progressive change in Arlington. We engage residents, expand inclusive civic participation, and support candidates who reflect the values, needs, and voices of our diverse community, and who are committed to strengthening city services and improving quality of life for all.

Our work is rooted in the belief that the American Dream City is not a slogan, but something actively built through equity, representation, and shared responsibility. We believe Arlington thrives through welcoming, inclusive, and representative leadership, leadership that evolves with our growing city, delivers real results, and ensures progress benefits every neighborhood.

Our Values

Inclusion

We believe Arlington should be welcoming to everyone, with policies, investments, and public spaces shaped by equity, accessibility, and belonging, so all residents can fully participate in and benefit from our city’s growth.

Representation

We believe leadership should reflect Arlington’s full diversity and make equitable, community-informed decisions that improve real conditions across the city beyond areas already positioned to benefit from growth.

Community Participation

We believe strong communities are built through people-powered governance when residents share voice, identity, and decision-making power in shaping the plans, priorities, and solutions that affect their daily lives.

Equity and Fairness

We believe opportunity should not be determined by neighborhood, income, or background. As Arlington grows, our city must invest equitably, closing gaps in education, infrastructure, and access, so progress benefits every community.

Local Accountability

We believe accountability means democratic, people-first governance that delivers measurable benefits for Arlington residents, balances growth with long-term investments in schools, mobility, and neighborhood stability, and remains transparent, honest, and accountable to the community, not outside influence.

Shared Prosperity

We believe economic development should lift the whole city through equitable growth that strengthens existing communities, supports working families, and creates opportunity across every neighborhood.
